We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric individual who can take on various responsibilities at a fast-growing company. You will help build our Customer Success function and act as a player-coach to build a high-performance global team focused on driving value for our customers. At Intergy, Customer Success primarily encompasses customer onboarding, activation, adoption, renewals, and upsells. As a part of this role, this individual will be responsible for identifying the critical needs of our customers and mapping appropriate resources cross-functionally in a product lead acquisition model. You will serve as the key advocate for clients and become the primary contact post-sales for both SMB and enterprise customers segments. The ideal candidate is someone with at least 5+ years of experience at technology companies and is an energetic self-starter who is eager to get their hands dirty while building this function. In addition, you are detail-oriented and open to taking on real responsibility. This role will work closely across functions internally, including product, sales, and operations.

About this position:

  • Be an expert in Integry's products and solution implementation to act as an expert consultant to our growing user-base.
  • Develop effective net dollar retention and lifetime value-focused success programs.
  • Own the customer success funnel metrics from onboarding, activation, retention to growth.
  • Define and implement ideal customer journey's for each customer segment resulting in the fastest activation and growth events
  • Establish customer success team's operational efficiency level performance KPIs, e.g., customer satisfaction, health score, onboarding success rate, activation benchmarks and improvements tracking, NPS and NDR, etc.
  • Increase overall customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores
  • Create a system of information sharing with the content, product, and acquisition team to constantly fill the gaps that can shorten customer's journey to a higher value.
  • Hire and run a team of world-class customer success managers coming from technical solutions backgrounds with experiences in system integrations and API development.
  • Train the technical teams in world-class customer care skills and train the savvy success managers into product expertise
  • Report progress to senior execs across the organization for cross-functional collaboration and identifying strategic areas of improvements


About You:

  • Proven startup experience of building Success teams from the idea stage to series A onwards, crossing the $1M ARR threshold
  • A track record for building and growing distributed teams across multiple customers and employee time zones, through talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, characterized by high productivity and excellent morale.
  • Experienced in establishing a Success ops tool stack from the ground up with seamless connectivity and efficient process implementation
  • Extreme execution focus, not afraid of getting hands dirty and getting the job done being scrappy in quick solutions.
  • Tech-savvy experience, having successfully leveraged technology to achieve customer success goals. You have a unique ability to interpret complex data analytics to derive insight and turn those insights into initiatives that drive customer value.
  • A driver of performance: Proven ability to be a change agent by creating or adopting new customer programs that maximize customer satisfaction and drive the bottom line in a fast-growing, dynamic, and global company
  • A True Team Player: Is a proven recruiter with a proven ability to attract as well as nurture great talent into the Customer Success Team
  • A Leader: You have experience identifying and developing managers from within the team as well as developing challenging career paths for more junior roles within the team as well as developing talent for progression in the rest of the company
